Consignment Contract

Consignment is taken by appointment only.  We also will be hosting bi-weekly consignment days where you are able to bring in 10 items without an appointment.

We accept seasonal items, clothing, sensible shoes, jewelry, handbags, and unique housewares.  Merchandise must be clean and in excellent condition, i.e. no spots, stains, holes, scents, or missing buttons.  We accept only items which we believe will sell.

We will keep your items for 3 months.  After the consignment period, your items can either be picked up, or we will donate.  Items will be donated to Green Mountain Habitat for resale.

Consignor receives 40% of then selling price.  If $$ are used in store, an additional 10% discount will be given.

Money earned can be picked up by check or used on merchandise anytime.  Any money not picked up or used within one year becomes the property of Threads and Treasures.

Please note: everything is left at owner’s risk.  Threads and Treasures is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, negligent handling or any act of God.
